About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Consultant to join our Digital Enterprise Solutions Department at Tata Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will drive and support the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for large manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and integrate end-to-end MES solutions, including technical design and performance models for downstream communication systems.
  • Develop and deploy MES components, and commission them for business use.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure seamless integration with various on-shore and off-shore technical resources.
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of Manufacturing Systems, Plant Floor Systems, and Automotive Business Operating Model.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in MES implementation, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Manufacturing Systems, Plant Floor Systems, and Automotive Business Operating Model.
  • Experience with Proficy Suite Products, PLC, SCADA Systems, and data collection, analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, BitBucket, Docker, and MQTT, AMQP protocols.
  • Ability to work with RDBMS, write optimized SQL queries, and optimize databases.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
