About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Consultant to join our Digital Enterprise Solutions Department at Tata Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will drive and support the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for large manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end MES solutions, including technical design and performance models for downstream communication systems.
  • Develop and integrate MES components, including PLC, SCADA systems, and Proficy Suite Products.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and deployment models for on-shore and off-shore technical resources.
  • Develop and commission MES components, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing systems, plant floor systems, and supervisory control and data acquisition in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Automotive Business Operating Model and queue-based communication to external systems.
  • Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in RDBMS, writing optimized SQL queries, and database optimization.
  • Understanding of DevOps tools like Jenkins, BitBucket, Docker, and MOM implementation for Automotive.
