Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our trade marketing function across both Powersports and Bicycle categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global trade marketing plan to deliver to our 100+ distributors across the globe.
  • Work closely with the Trade Marketing & Partnerships Director to build and execute the global trade marketing plans and manage Trade Marketing Executives.
  • Manage and deliver key areas such as:
    • Annual calendar of Trade activities
    • New product trade launches
    • Key product focus communication plans
    • POS & display support for our global retailer network
    • Trade communications
    • Trade Press relationship management
    • Strategic customer relationship support
    • Trade events planning alongside our Events manager
    • Workshop and strategic retail programmes
    • Manage all Trade briefs into the content creation teams
Requirements:
  • Industry knowledge and experience, particularly in the Bicycle category
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills and planning management
  • Good attention to detail
  • Adaptability and multi-tasker
  • Good communications skills to a global customer base
