About the Role

Cranleigh STEM is seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing a trade marketing strategy for our global distributors. This role involves managing digital and in-store communications, collaborating with B2C marketing teams, and providing top-tier category support.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the Trade Marketing & Partnerships Director to build and execute global trade marketing plans, managing Trade Marketing Executives.
  2. Manage and deliver key areas, including:
    1. Annual calendar of trade activities
    2. New product trade launches
    3. Key product focus communication plans
    4. POS and display support for our global retailer network
    5. Trade communications
    6. Trade Press relationship management
    7. Strategic customer relationship support
    8. Trade events planning alongside our Events manager
    9. Workshop and strategic retail programmes
    10. Manage all Trade briefs into the content creation teams

Requirements
  1. Industry knowledge and experience, particularly in the Bicycle category
  2. At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  3. Microsoft Office
  4. Strong organizational skills and planning management
  5. Good attention to detail
  6. Adaptability and multi-tasking
  7. Good communication skills to a global customer base
