Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with our Product and wider Analytics teams to understand performance metrics and identify new success measures.
  • Automate elements of our reporting and use advanced analytics methods to drive new test hypotheses.
  • Work with the wider product analytics team to get a deeper understanding of our performance and identify friction across the funnel impacting metrics.
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong background in a quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, engineering, operations research, data science or similar.
  • Experience creating and analysing drivers of performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through complex business problems and implement suitable solutions.
  • Ability to use and interpret machine learning models such as propensity modelling and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience with large datasets and proficient in SQL and another programming language (e.g. R, Python).
  • Excellent verbal, written and data visualization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize among conflicting demands and be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Sharp focus on results and strong attention to detail.
