Job Title: Leasehold Property Manager

Roundpegs Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Leasehold Property Manager to join our team. As a Leasehold Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of leasehold properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are carried out to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out periodic inspections of properties and prepare site reports for clients, landlords, and residents' committees.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations and maintain accurate records of Risk Assessments.
  • Monitor and maintain building management systems.
  • Prepare budgets for each property within the portfolio and liaise with clients/landlords to agree the service charge budget.
  • Manage building, directors, and officers insurance.
  • Liaise with clients/landlords to resolve breaches of the lease.
  • Obtain quotations for services as required by clients/landlords and in compliance with the lease or other legal documentation in place at the property.
  • Carry out the interviewing, selecting, appointing, and supervision of contractors.
  • Provide contractors with a specification of works and work orders for all works to be carried out.
  • Ensure that all contractors have appropriate Public Liability Insurance and comply with current Health and Safety requirements.
  • Undertake all duties usually associated with leasehold property management, in accordance with agreed company procedures, the management agreements, and the legal documentation in place.
Requirements:
  • Accountancy or previous property experience is an advantage.
  • Be courteous and professional in all dealings with clients, customers, contractors, and the general public.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (remote working) 1-2 days in the office - Central London/Essex if closer.

Salary:

Between £33,000pa to £38,000 basic plus a £3,600 car allowance.
