At Connells, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our residential sales team in Rayleigh as an Assistant Branch Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manager or established estate agent looking to progress and take on their first branch management appointment in residential sales.

This branch offers a supportive environment, with a dedicated Area Manager and team, to help you grow market share and develop your career. You'll have the chance to excel as a manager, with a focus on providing an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help the Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organised office
  • Lead by example and delegate tasks to exceed performance and targets
  • Optimise opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales, and mortgage introductions
  • Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence
