Executive Assistant & Divisional Administrator to the COO & CFO

Role: Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making.

Reports to: Head of Executive Office and EA to the Chief Executive

Contract type: Permanent

Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 per annum DOE

Work location: London, with occasional travel to other locations as required. Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

This dynamic role requires exceptional time management skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and a professional demeanor when interacting with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the COO and CFO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and board members.
  • Exercise discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
