Job Title: Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Stolthaven Terminals, a division of Stolt-Nielsen Limited. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the engineering and construction of capital projects, including the development of project cost estimates, procurement, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project details, scope engineering documents, and cost estimates for the execution of capital projects.
  • Coordinate procurement and contracting of materials and services for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and safety requirements during project execution.
  • Responsible for commissioning and closing of projects, including the completion of as-built files.
  • Lead change processes in case of scope changes.
  • Responsible for safety, quality, progress, and cost control and reporting during projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation (E,I&A).
  • Proven track record in a project engineering position, preferably in the field of storage tanks or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with applicable standards and codes relating to bulk liquid storage facilities.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in terminal or related industry may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Self-motivated and able to 'close the loop' with actions and administrative responsibilities.
  • Fluency in English and local terminal language.
