The Training and Development Programme at Turner & Townsend Group offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge while accelerating your career growth. As an apprentice, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that delivers high-quality results for our clients.

The five-year ADP includes a higher-level apprenticeship, which will equip you with the knowledge and qualifications needed to advance your career within your technical discipline. You will spend one day a week learning with trusted learning partners during term time and gain valuable on-the-job learning experience the rest of the time.

A structured development plan will introduce you to key business, technical, and commercial competencies essential for our apprentices to thrive at Turner & Townsend Group. This plan will provide you with the necessary tools to manage and monitor your personal and professional development and progress.

Technical and behavioural training will equip you with the knowledge and skills to excel in your role. You will also have the opportunity to pursue professional qualifications with accredited professional bodies, such as RICS, APM, CMI, IMEA, ICE, and CIOB, depending on your technical discipline.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five GCSEs grades A*-C or at 4-9 (including Maths and English language)
  • Three A Levels at grade B or above, or equivalent e.g. BTEQ level 3 grades DDM

Additionally, you must have the right to live and work in the UK and have lived in the European Economic Area (EEA) for the last three years.
