Job Details

We're looking for an experienced Education and Training Specialist to join our Riverside Training team. As a Learning and Development Coach, you'll play a critical role in shaping the futures of our learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach apprenticeships like Community Activator Coach Level 2, Community Sport and Health Office Level 3, Sporting Excellence Professional Level 3, and School Sports Coach Level 4.
  • Support your learners in completing their programs by providing expert guidance and encouragement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with learners and their employers to foster a collaborative learning environment.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere during classes and workshops.

Essential Qualifications

  • Hold a degree in teaching or a related field.
  • Have significant experience in learning and development, preferably in a teaching or coaching capacity.

Work-Life Balance

  • Work primarily from home with some on-site deliveries in Hereford.
  • Typical working hours: Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional evening shifts.
