We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join our team at a Secondary School based in Penarth. This is a full-time role with a start date of January 2025.
About the Role:
This position involves managing financial and administrative computer systems, as well as ordering and using purchasing systems within the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising payments on the school fund account, assisting and monitoring all school accounts and budgets, ordering office equipment, and sorting bookings for the use of school's minibuses.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a finance-based role and be confident with Microsoft Office, Excel, and IT systems. They will also be able to commit to a full-time role and meet the necessary qualifications and training requirements for this position.
Working Hours and Salary:
This is a Monday to Friday, 08:00am-16:00pm position with a salary of £23,500 to £25,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience). In addition to the salary, the successful candidate will receive 7% statutory holiday pay.
