About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Support Specialist to join our team at Sway Place, located in the beautiful New Forest National Park. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

As a Facilities Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, resident emergency systems, equipment repairs, and interior and exterior finishes.

Additionally, you will work closely with contractors to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your strong communication skills and ability to liaise with others will be essential in this role.
