As a Regional Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, recording observations, and providing support and companionship to residents.

About You:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to individuals. You will need a good understanding of elderly care, a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care, and a commitment to continuous learning and development. Key Skills and Qualifications:
