We are seeking a skilled Customer Care and Communications Specialist to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in delivering exceptional guest experiences and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel features, services, and operations, ensuring seamless guest interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve issues and provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Distribute important information to guests in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing various communication channels.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including guest preferences and special requests.
Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Care and Communications Specialist, you must possess:

  • A senior school qualification or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a 5-star hotel environment, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in PSMS and HotSOS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency in Arabic or other languages highly valued.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, enabling effective multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
