Job Description: We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic team within the Swindon area.

About the Role: As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the retail supply sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Meet targets and achieve results, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Need:

  • A proven track record in field sales or a related role, preferably in the retail supply sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A strong work ethic, with a focus on meeting targets and achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
