Job Title: Site/Building Manager

Cpl Resources - Science & Engineering is seeking an experienced Site/Building Manager to join our team. As a Site/Building Manager, you will be responsible for providing the necessary resources for integration of new facilities and operations into the client site structure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage resources to ensure an effective and professional facilities management service company-wide, consistent with company goals and in adherence with extremely strict international safety standards.
  • Site Services ownership, including buildings and general facilities and utilities, yards, car parks, electrical, gas, water, supply & distribution, compressors, boiler, chillers, alarms, lighting, heating, UPS, bunds, storage tanks, HVAC, ventilation, surface & foul water drainage, Fire water & sprinkler systems, Building management system, environmental systems and external contractors.
  • Manage facility projects installations to ensure that they are carried out on time, on budget and in a safe and responsible manner without adverse impact to site efficiency or the local community.
  • Take a leadership role in the introduction and development of facility strategies and management systems company-wide.
  • Ensure that all necessary regulatory service, permits, permissions, registers & calibrations certificates are in place & up to date.
  • Ensure compliance, certification and calibrations to all related regulatory & statutory directives, acts, laws, standards & guidances.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years senior Facilities Management experience on a regulated manufacturing site.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
