Site Manager

Totalis Solutions are a leading provider of construction, fit-out, and facilities management services across the UK. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to oversee the direction of our projects and ensure they meet expectations and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and oversee the entire project to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Review progress against the contract program to identify risks and slippage, and adjust the project program accordingly.
- Commercial review and assistance with the QS team to assess spend against the build budget.
- Maintain good daily records to assist with project valuations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, and coordinate with the company H&S officer to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee and maintain a high standard of workmanship, and implement the company's quality control system.
- Inspect the works to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing and supervising projects, up to a value of £2.5M.
- SMSTS Manager level certification.
- Valid first aid certificate.
