Candidates are invited to apply for the position of Property Maintenance Operative with Clarion Housing Group. This role requires plumbers with a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to different situations.

Responsibilities

The selected individual will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, void works, and property MOTs related to plumbing and secondary trades.

Key qualifications include a valid UK driving licence, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation Package
  • A salary of £35,000 per annum (based on 40 hours/week) plus an additional monthly London Weighting Allowance of £125
