About the Role

GGB - Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Handler to join our team. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
  • Handle policy renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Process mid-term adjustments (MTAs) and policy endorsements as required.
  • Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.
  • Provide support to the Account Executives and other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ambitious and eager to learn and grow within the organisation.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
