About the Role

Gallagher is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Handler to join our global brokerage team. As an Account Handler, you will play a critical role in safeguarding businesses and empowering their ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate processing of policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy endorsements.
  • Client Retention Strategies: Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies to ensure long-term relationships and growth.
  • Team Support: Provide support to Account Executives and other team members as needed, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations and risk management principles.
