Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $48,763 and $60,419, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to clients in their own homes. Your duties may include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication management
  • Accompanying clients on outings and promoting social integration
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care and progress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and empathetic attitude towards clients
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in healthcare or a related field is desirable
