About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintainer Instructor Mechanical (MI) to join our team at A400M Training Services Limited (ATSL). As a key member of our instructional team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training content to the RAF's future engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Course Content Management: Manage and deliver the A400M UK Maintainer course content provided by the UK MOD, including syllabus, ISpecs, and other training documentation aligned with JSP822.
  • Training Records: Complete training records as required in accordance with Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
Requirements
  • Instructional Qualification: Hold an instructional qualification, such as General Instructor Training (GIT) Course or the Defence Instructional Techniques Course (DITC) or the Defence Train The Trainer Course (DTTT).
  • Technical Expertise: Have experience in the following areas: computer-based training mentoring, delivery of computer-aided instruction lessons.
