About This Role

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Nurse Care Specialists to join our team on Ward 24. Located in the North East of England, we provide a range of healthcare services to patients in need of care.

Job Description
  • We are looking for experienced nurses who can assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of the Ward Manager.
  • Responsibilities will include organizing and coordinating nursing services, maintaining high clinical standards, and demonstrating compassionate and inclusive leadership to shape a collective leadership culture within the trust.
Person Specification
  • Essential qualifications include a 1st Level live NMC registered Nurse qualification with evidence of ability to undertake supervision, teaching, and assessing students.
  • Desirable qualifications include a Diploma/degree in nursing and post-registration qualification in a specialty.
Compensation Package

This role offers a competitive salary of £34,000 - £41,129 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the trust.
