We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking strategic senior manager to lead our Early Help services. As a key member of our team, you will drive forward good practice, continued improvement, and transformation to create a future-proof offer aligned to the diverse needs and context of East Riding.

You will have a proven record of accomplishment within children's services, including Early Help and Prevention. Your experience in leading fast-paced working environments will be invaluable in this role.

As a confident, compassionate, and collaborative leader, you will be responsible for the strategic development and operational delivery of our Early Help offer. You will work closely with partners to ensure the implementation of practice standards across all service areas and the execution of Working Together 2023.
