About the Role:

As a key member of our showroom team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for providing product support, design solutions, and technical information to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through solutions-focused interactions and product support.
  • Processing sales and contributing to the growth of sales within the department.
  • Merchandising and running in-store promotions to drive sales and engagement.
  • Assisting customers with returns, repairs, and inventory management.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and cycle counts to ensure optimal stock levels.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be an organized and reliable team player with a customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic. A background in plumbing or trade is ideal, but not essential. You will also need to have proven experience in customer service and/or retail sales environments, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
