Showroom Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Consultant. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional product support and design solutions for our stunning front-of-wall bathroom products.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers by offering product support and technical information.
- Process sales and work collaboratively with the team to grow sales within the department.
- Merchandise and run in-store promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Assist customers with returns and repairs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor inventory and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be an organized and reliable team player with a customer-focused attitude and good work ethic. A plumbing or trade background is ideal, but not essential. You will also need to have proven experience in customer service and/or retail sales, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
