About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Showroom Consultant to join our team at Mico. As a key member of our showroom team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers by offering product support and technical information.
  • Process sales and work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to the growth of sales within the department by identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Merchandise and run in-store promotions to drive sales and engagement.
  • Assist customers with returns and repairs, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
  • Monitor inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a customer-focused attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Plumbing or trade background is ideal but not essential.
  • Proven experience in customer service and/or retail sales environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Motivated and self-driven, with the ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Confident with computers and learning new systems.
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
