About the Role

Scopely is seeking a highly skilled Principal UX Designer to join the Monopoly GO team. This is a hybrid/remote role open to candidates in Ireland, Israel, Spain, Portugal, or the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on social experiences in other games and digital platforms to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop UX design concepts and pitches to guide new feature development.
  • Deliver complete designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, to communicate the player experience to stakeholders and the development team.
  • Present designs to peers and partners for feedback and lead the iterative process.
  • Participate in player research and testing, creating research assets and test objectives.
  • Support product-wide UX design consistency by using existing paradigms and crafting new ones to address emerging needs.
  • Develop design principles and standardized solutions to address common problems within social features.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of game UX design experience.
  • Proven record of crafting impactful features on games.
  • Well-rounded creative abilities and a practical understanding of social systems in games, apps, and digital communities.
  • Advanced knowledge of UX design tools, processes, and methods, including design principles and frameworks.
  • Proven understanding of User Research methodologies.
  • Excellent collaboration and feedback skills.
