We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Real Estate Finance team, specializing in Conventional Lending. This role would suit someone who enjoys working under pressure, is looking for excellent development in a collaborative team, and exposure to quality clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Reviewing title and accompanying legal documents
- Preparing reports on title, including various legal research when required, and dealing with all relevant duties in relation to completions
- Previous experience in a fee-earning role, ideally focused within Real Estate (exposure to conventional lending work a huge bonus)
- Technical and legal knowledge of conveyancing
- Experience dealing with a high volume caseload gained within a fast-paced commercial property environment
