Job SummaryThis long-term, full-time role starting from January will involve supporting the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons as a class-based TA and providing tailored support to children with SEND needs.
Responsibilities- Support the Class Teacher in delivering engaging lessons as a class-based TA.
- Provide tailored support to children with SEND needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or challenging behaviour.
- Lead small group interventions and 1-1 sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Help assess, monitor, and celebrate student progress.
- Previous experience in a UK Primary School setting.
- Experience supporting children with SEND needs.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping children succeed.
- Competitive daily rate of £85.02 to £98.41, which equates to £16,578.90 to £19,189.95 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
