Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Freight Personnel, you will be responsible for driving business growth in your assigned territory. This involves securing new clients, building client relationships, and consistently meeting business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Self-generate leads by reviewing current successful clients and sectors
- Proactively identify target customers and engage via cold calling, email, and direct marketing
- Develop and implement a business pipeline strategy to deliver the company's business plan and commission targets
- Communicate the benefits of our services using effective questioning and listening skills
- Deliver area and sector campaigns to secure new customers
- Consistently report activity and results using the online CRM system
