About the Role

  • As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks on commercial, residential, and student properties across various sites.
  • You will gain experience using hand and power tools to fix fixtures, fittings, and building structures.
  • You will be trained in fire safety checks, furniture moving, and general maintenance tasks.
  • You will learn to safely use ladders and portable scaffolding for working at heights.
  • You will be responsible for managing your van stock, maintaining equipment, and keeping your work van in good condition.

Requirements

  • You will have a passion for DIY or basic property repairs and maintenance.
  • You will have basic knowledge of tools and their operation.
  • You will hold a full UK driving licence.
