Electrical Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading FM company, is seeking experienced electrical mobile maintenance engineers to be based around the Cambridge area, covering a portfolio of commercial sites. This role involves working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work and call-out.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and complete relevant paperwork and reports.
  • Be on a call-out rota to provide full out-of-hours cover.
  • Oversee visiting sub-contractors regarding standard of work and health and safety.
  • Adopt a flexible attitude to assist on other properties within the portfolio.
  • Carry out duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • 17th Edition or 18th Edition desirable.
  • AM1 and AM2 (if required).
  • Experience working in commercial environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Driving licence.
  • Smart, presentable appearance.
  • Personable and approachable.
