Electrical Mobile Maintenance Technician

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking an experienced Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join their team in the Cambridge area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and a proven track record of working in commercial environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and complete relevant paperwork and reports.
* Be on a call-out rota to provide full out-of-hours cover.
* Oversee visiting sub-contractors to ensure high standards of work and adherence to health and safety protocols.
* Demonstrate flexibility in assisting with other properties within the portfolio.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

* Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
* 17th Edition or 18th Edition desirable.
* AM1 and AM2 (if required).
* Experience working in commercial environments.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Driving licence.
* Smart, presentable appearance.
* Personable and approachable.
