The Role:
- Implement positive behavioral support strategies for families
- Engage directly with children and young individuals with disabilities
- Conduct assessments to promote well-being
- Assist families in enhancing communication abilities
- Identify community resources to address family requirements
What We're Looking For:
Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ/BTEC Level 3 or equivalent certification
- Experience in behavior management and relationship building with children and families
- Hands-on experience working with children and families
Desirable Qualifications:
- Awareness of challenges affecting children and families
- Familiarity with relevant laws and policies
- First Aid Certification/Ability to communicate in Sign Language
Additional Requirements:
Applicants must possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle, as travel throughout the region is necessary.
