The Role:

  • Implement positive behavioral support strategies for families
  • Engage directly with children and young individuals with disabilities
  • Conduct assessments to promote well-being
  • Assist families in enhancing communication abilities
  • Identify community resources to address family requirements

What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

  • NVQ/BTEC Level 3 or equivalent certification
  • Experience in behavior management and relationship building with children and families
  • Hands-on experience working with children and families

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Awareness of challenges affecting children and families
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and policies
  • First Aid Certification/Ability to communicate in Sign Language

Additional Requirements:

Applicants must possess a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle, as travel throughout the region is necessary.
