- Monitor and Analyse Sales Performance: Analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage Stock Levels and Pricing: Manage stock levels, pricing, and promotional activity to optimise sales.
- Oversee the Sales Process: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, including finance, aftersales, and marketing, to drive dealership success.

Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role.
