Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at White Light. As a key member of our ELP department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and equipment management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of ELP equipment, including pre-rigging and dispatching.
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate tracking of equipment.
  • Coordinate with the ELP team to ensure timely delivery and collection of equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or operational role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with broadcast and events equipment.
  • Knowledge of hire and X-Hire procedures.
  • Previous experience in a workshop or operational role.
