Job Description

Healf is a rapidly expanding health and wellness company seeking a highly organized Warehouse Specialist to oversee our 3PL partnership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound goods and ensure they match purchase orders (POs)
  • Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of warehouse operations and any key issues
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped according to customer requirements
  • Monitor order processing times and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the availability of samples, boxes, tape, and other packaging materials to meet order fulfillment requirements
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials
  • Collaborate with reordering and marketing teams to anticipate spikes in demand and plan inventory accordingly
  • Use data analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory planning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • ~1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations (preferred not necessary)
