Overview: Gopuff is seeking dedicated Warehouse Operations Specialists to become integral members of our operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, these specialists are vital to our mission, embodying qualities such as determination, positivity, and a passion for overcoming challenges. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities within the warehouse, including selecting, packaging, and receiving products, as well as collaborating with our delivery personnel. At Gopuff, we are committed to providing essential items to our customers at any hour, regardless of the weather. We are building a team of innovative thinkers and bold risk-takers eager to redefine the retail landscape.

Responsibilities:

Select and package products for customer delivery Receive shipments from suppliers, verify that physical counts align with purchase orders/invoices, and address any discrepancies Manage inventory and reorganize canceled orders Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse Oversee waste management and spoilage, adhering to FIFO practices Communicate with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old Previous experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory Ability to work a flexible schedule, particularly during peak hours Familiarity with basic web-based software applications (e.g., Google G-Suite) Capable of lifting up to 20lbs. repeatedly
