The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar FCA regulated compliance role, ideally within the automotive finance or retail financial services sector. Experience with FCA regulatory returns is also desirable.

As F&I Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team that monitors regulated activity in our business, with a focus on Consumer Duty. You will also be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Consumer Credit and/or General Insurance Sector, as well as knowledge of the various FCA rules and guidance relating to these sectors. The ideal candidate will also have experience as a team leader or supervisor, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate problems into effective solutions.

Additional desirable attributes include proven ability as a team leader or supervisor, problem-solving skills with the ability to translate problems and find resolutions, excellent organisational skills with experience of meeting tight deadlines, good IT and software skills, and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
