About the Role

We are seeking a senior EC&I maintenance technician to join our team at Toro Recruitment's gasification power facility.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical and instrumentation systems and be able to perform diagnostic and repair work on all EC&I assets.

Responsibilities will also include supervising and managing contractors on-site as needed, ensuring compliance with company standards.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our renewable energy power plant and benefit from a competitive salary of £41,224 per annum, plus a bonus scheme.

Required Skills and Experience
  • A completed apprenticeship in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Measurement & Control, or a related field, along with an HNC qualification.
  • Minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience within a heavy process environment, such as a power station, chemical plant, or refinery.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, and instrumentation systems, as well as some electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage small projects, including the planning and execution of tasks.
