Interim Company Secretary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nigel Wright Group as an Interim Company Secretary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing corporate governance support to the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and developing reporting and assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide corporate governance support to the organisation, including the development and implementation of governance systems and processes.
• Work closely with Executives and Non-Executives to develop reporting and assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with the regulatory framework, including relevant legislation.
• Establish and maintain procedures for sound corporate governance and advise the board on governance issues.
• Develop Risk reports and carry out monthly review of risk register.
• Responsibility for one staff member.
Requirements
• Experience working as a company secretary or in a senior governance role in a complex organisation.
• Ability to analyse data and translate into an easily understood format.
• Experience of supporting boards and committees.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations confidently and confidentially.
