Gemini People is seeking a reliable and organized professional to manage day-to-day agency staff activities and coordinate with warehouse management at a busy Warehouse Parcel Distribution Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Check-In: Ensure the accurate check-in of agency staff against a provided list, confirming their attendance and highlighting any absences or delays.
  • Liaison with Management: Communicate with warehouse managers to confirm staff attendance and address any issues.
  • Uniform Management: Verify that all agency staff are in the correct uniform, issuing uniforms as needed.
  • Shift Coordination: Arrive on site before the first shift and remain until the end, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Shift Start Time: Shifts may start earlier during peak periods.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with staff and management.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly during staff check-ins and uniform inspections.
  • Ability to work a 4 on 4 off rota, including weekends.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
