About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Skincare Specialist to join our team at ELEMIS. As a Skincare Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales of our treatments and products, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales: To proactively and enthusiastically drive sales and ensure that both personal targets and counter targets are met, and to strive to exceed set targets.
  2. Raising Awareness: To raise awareness of the ELEMIS brand and educate clients in the product and treatment range.
  3. Customer Service: To carry out treatments punctually and to a consistently high standard in accordance with clients' requirements and as per the training received to strive for repeat bookings.
Requirements:
  1. Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 2 minimum (or equivalent)
  2. CIDESCO certificate highly desirable
  3. Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent
  4. Experience within a similar retail/store role and industry
  5. Proven sales record
  6. Practical work experience in conducting treatments
  7. Previous experience working with a professional brand
