Skincare Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Skincare Specialist to join our team at ELEMIS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Sales:

• To proactively drive sales and meet or exceed personal and counter targets.
• To raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients on our product and treatment range.
• To participate in promotional activities and ensure their success.

Customer Service:

• To provide treatments to a consistently high standard and ensure repeat bookings.
• Ensure products and treatments prescribed are appropriate to clients' needs and take into account medical contraindications.
• To maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the ELEMIS counter, site, and treatment areas.
• To provide excellent customer service and handle any client complaints promptly.

Requirements:

• Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 2 minimum (or equivalent).
• CIDESCO certificate highly desirable.
• Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent.
• Experience within a similar retail/store role and industry.
• Proven sales record.
• Practical work experience in conducting treatments.
• Previous experience working with a professional brand.
