Leasing Manager

Are you a proactive and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Executive to oversee lettings management for our stunning new build development featuring 310 apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all lettings administration, compliance, and marketing to ensure a first-class resident experience from inquiry to deposit return.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate lettings and rental data.
- Coordinate with the cleaning team to uphold high presentation standards for available apartments.
- Drive the marketing of available apartments across various platforms.
- Compile demographic data and performance reports for discussions with clients, senior team, and the General Manager.
- Conduct viewings, negotiate rental offers, and complete applicant vetting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with strict procedures for all new letting documentation.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to analyze local rental trends and advise on recommended rents.
- Coordinate communication and negotiations for tenant renewals.
- Prepare arrival packs and ensure keys are ready for new tenants.
- Work with the wider site team to create an exceptional community through communication and events.
- Support the General Manager with various projects as needed.
- Provide top-notch service to residents and applicants.
Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, with an understanding of resident's needs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
