Leasing Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Leasing Executive to join our team at Deverellsmith. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing lettings administration, compliance, and marketing to ensure a first-class resident experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lettings Administration: Manage all aspects of lettings, including inquiries, viewings, and new let paperwork.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lettings and rental data.
- Apartment Presentation: Regularly inspect available apartments and coordinate with the cleaning team to ensure high presentation standards.
- Online Marketing: Drive the marketing of available apartments across various platforms.
- Performance Reporting: Compile demographic data and performance reports for discussions with clients and senior team members.
- Tenant Engagement: Conduct viewings, negotiate rental offers, and complete applicant vetting requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with strict procedures for all new letting documentation.
- Market Analysis: Collaborate with the General Manager to analyze local rental trends and advise on recommended rents.
- Renewal Management: Coordinate communication and negotiations for tenant renewals.
- Community Building: Work with the wider site team to create an exceptional community through communication and events.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, with an understanding of resident needs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
