Care and Activity Coordinator

As a Care and Activity Coordinator with Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering imaginative, fun and varied activities to our residents, ensuring they can enjoy a motivational and fulfilling environment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about pursuing residents' interests, enhancing involvement with family, friends and the local community, and encouraging independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver activities that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive environment
- Foster strong relationships with residents, their families and the local community
About You
You should possess a sense of fun, creativity and ability to encourage and motivate others. A real interest in the people we support is essential. As an experienced care professional, you understand the importance of creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
In this role, you will have opportunities to develop your skills further with courses designed to build your confidence.
