Could You Be Our Field Care Supervisor in Croydon & Sutton?

As a champion for outstanding care, you'll be supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of care services for our clients in Croydon & Sutton. You'll be running visits to review and assess the work of our care professionals and providing feedback for training and development.

You'll need to have some previous experience providing personal care, working for a home care agency and mentoring care teams. You'll also need a UK driver's licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

We'd love to hear from you if you've got previous care experience in roles such as caregiver, care home assistant, senior care assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, carer, care coordinator and care home worker.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and therefore all roles will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
